Hosted by the University of the West Indies Faculty of Food and Agriculture and the Food and Nutrition (FaN project) on 29th July 2021, this webinar brought together representatives from academia, private sector and youth groups with an aim of discussing solutions to enhance a regional transition in food consumption patterns from ultra-processed foods to healthy foods.
